Registration Procedure:

• Make separate checks and forms for Basketball League registrations if registering for other programs at the same time.
• Mail or drop off completed forms, along with a check made payable to:
  Inverness Park District, 300 N. Highland Road., Inverness IL 60067
  A drop box is located by the front doors for your convenience.
• Inverness Park District must receive an original, signed registration form which includes payment to process the registration; emailed and faxed registrations are not acceptable.

New Players:

If you did not play in the Inverness Youth Basketball League last season, you must attend player rating night. This includes all 2nd graders. Ratings will occur between the hours of 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 24th at the North Park Gym, 300 N. Highland Road, Inverness IL 60067. Players should stop in anytime between the hours of 6-8 p.m. to be rated. registrations will not be processed without a rating.

Fee Schedule:

Last chance to register at the Early Bird fee will be September 29, 2008.
Register promptly to avoid increased fees!

	A $25 withdrawal fee will be imposed on all refunds.
	NO REFUNDS issued after Monday, November 3, 2008 after 4 PM

• Coaching information - Our program is successful because of our volunteer coaches. Please consider coaching or assisting this season for a special memory with your child. No previous experience required.
   
• Sponsorship information - Have you considered becoming a Youth Basketball Program Sponsor? It is through the generosity of our sponsors that we are able to continue to provide a quality recreational program to the youth in our community.
  
  Please note that to register for the Inverness Park District Youth Basketball League you WILL need the proper
  Basketball Registration Forms. Do NOT use the Fall program Registration Form for basketball.
